In partnership with Imagine Greater Camden, the Art Gallery and Gift Shop participated in the First Annual Tree Lighting and then the Holiday Stroll. We passed out hot cocoa, free craft kits, and hosted The Grinch at the Tree Lighting. For the Holiday Stroll we offered holiday temporary tattoo's with glitter and sparkle freckles, Hosted The Grinch and Cindy Lou Who and passed out candy to our visitors!

Ken Suits has been sharing his knowledge and skills through wood carving and has made some incredibly realistic pieces throughout the years. If you’ve been to the Gallery recently, you’ve definitely seen them! He AND his students had their pieces on display for a few weeks in November. Check out these pictures and decide for yourself if they’re real or carved. Trust me-it’s harder than you think to decide!

Thank you Ken for sharing your love and passion for wood carving! We look forward to working with you again in 2025 and can't wait to see what you make next.

Wood Carving Exhibition

Our first ever Glass Fusion class was incredible! The process truly seems like magic and the finished pieces are absolutely works of art. Check out these photos of the process: from cutting and layering, to kiln firing, then wire wrapping and mounting into finished pieces.

Thank you Amber Blanding for teaching us this amazing process and sharing your passion for glass! We look forward to more classes with you in 2025!
